The product we purchased was battery operated. It turned out the battery portion did not work. Furthermore, the item had fit issues and was not clear from the description of this potential issue. Nevertheless, the customer service was stellar in response time and appropriate response. A complete refund was given to the original credit card and not just a store credit, due to the issues noted. Very reputable service, although some descriptions could be improved (Reason for 4 stars due to description unclearnesd but customer service is very good.)
