Your order is transmitted to one (or more) of our multiple shipping warehouses located throughout the country within 2 - 4 hours after you have confirmed your order. Due to this quick process it is not possible to cancel your order most of the time.

Once your order is in the picking and packing process at one of our shipping warehouses your order can no longer be canceled. 

If you need to cancel your order once it is being shipped, the best method is to refuse the shipment once it arrives at your shipping destination.

We use several different payment processors depending on the payment method you selected. Each payment processor has built in fraud prevention and other security checks both for your protection and for ours.

The approval and decline of a payment method is handled by the 3rd party payment processors and is completely outside of our control. If your payment method is declined, please try a different payment method that we offer.

Note: There are velocity counters on a payment method to protect you and our store from fraud robots and other fraudelent activities. Multiple uses of a payment method in a certain period of time will automatically decline the transaction.

Yes but at the customer's risk. Shipping packages may be too large for a PO box and the post office could place a hold or other restriction on your shipment. A physical shipping address is always the best and preferred method when ordering from Romantic Blessings.

Note: Certain carriers will not ship to a PO Box. One example are Liberator products that only ship via UPS. These items are not allowed to be shipped to PO Boxes by the carrier.

Our store runs on the Shopify platform using a special 3rd party theme along with several 3rd party apps to provide what we believe are very beneficial features to our visitors and customers. Any of these products can update their technology at different times and these updates can cause some features or functions on our store to stop working for a short time until resolved.

Yes. Romantic Blessings provides all of our customers with up-to-date shipping notifications.

You will receive a notification as soon as your order is shipped. You will also receive several shipping update notifications based on certain milestones within the shipping process.

If your order has been shipped in multiple shipments, there will be a tab at the top of the Tracking Page for each shipment. Just click on each tab to see the tracking information for each shipment along with which item(s) will be included in this shipment.

Romantic Blessings order processing time for most orders is 1 - 2 business days. 

Orders for Liberator products: Liberator items are typically made to order. This means that Liberator product orders can take up to 3 - 4 weeks for the product to first be manufactured before it will be shipped to the customer. Sometimes Liberator will have a particular item in stock in a few colors but not others and these orders may ship quicker. Liberator products only ship via UPS.

Once your order has been processed and left our shipping warehouses, the transit time for your order is dependent on the shipping method you selected when you placed your order and the transit time of the carrier. Romantic Blessings has absolutely no control over the transit or shipping time once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Romantic Blessings will do everything we can to ship your order in one shipment. With this said, our ultimate goal is to get your order to you as fast as we can. Due to this goal, Romantic Blessings may decide to ship certain items from multiple warehouses in order to have your full shipment arrive as soon as possible.

Romantic Blessings does our best to offer as many products to our customers as possible. And although we ensure there is absolutely no pornographic or lustful imagery on our store, we cannot guarantee this on the individual manufacturer's product package.

We work with our manufacturers as close as we can to modify the product packaging to meet our requirements but unfortunately we are a small fish in a very large sex industry pond.

Most manufacturers are not willing to develop customized product packaging just for us. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that there will not be pornographic or lustful imagery on the individual product packaging. We sincerely apologize for this but our only option at this point is to not offer the product at all to our customers.

Our goal is to offer our married couples one safe place to shop where you can order all of the products you are looking to purchase. We understand that if we or any other Christian store does not carry the products you are seeking that you may then just shop for those items in a non-Christian safe environment. So we have made the decision to carry certain products even though the individual product packaging may not be Christian safe in order to provide you a safe shopping environment that does not bombard you with pornography, lust or sex oriented pop-ups.

This means that you may receive some products with packaging that we hope you will discard as soon as possible once your product arrives.

Please be aware that Romantic Blessings has multiple shipping warehouses located throughout the country. We may at our discretion ship your order in multiple packages/shipments if we determine this is the fastest way to deliver your complete order to your doorstep. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if we determine it is in your best interest to fulfill your order from multiple warehouses.

First, ensure that your order is not coming in several shipments. You will have received a tracking email notification for each shipment if your order is arriving from multiple shipping warehouses.

You can also view your shipments from our Romantic Blessings Tracking Page. Once on the tracking page, look at the Header just about the tracking information. There will be a tab for each shipment in the header section if there is more than one shipment. Select each tab to track the status of a particular shipment.

If your product will not turn on, in our experience the most common reasons are:

1. Most products are shipped with a small plastic tab covering the battery to ensure the battery does not run out during storage and shipment. Please ensure you have removed this plastic tab if it exists.
2. Sometimes the batteries were inserted backwards for whatever reason. Please check to ensure your batteries are installed properly
3. Most "power on" switches need to be pressed for a few seconds to actually turn the product on. This is to ensure products do not accidentally turn on by themselves.

If your item is still not working after these steps, please contact us at customerservice@romanticblessings.com. Please provide us with your order number and the item that is having issues.

Unfortunately, due to federal law we are not able to take returns on 99% of the items we sell for health, safety and hygiene reasons. But we will definitely help you out to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If your purchase is within our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period we will issue a store credit to your account for the purchase amount of the unsatisfactory item(s) less any discounts applied to your order and less any shipping or tax charges. Store credit will show up on your account page when issued and can be applied to any future purchase. Store credit will be issued once we have received the unsatisfactory item(s) at our return shipping address.

To receive store credit for an item(s) within our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period:

2. Clean each item(s) that you will be returning

3. Place the item(s) in the original package it arrive in. If you do not still have the original package, please place each item in a clear plastic bag.

4. Follow the return instructions in our response email to your return request. Our response email will include the RMA# and shipping instructions.

Most manufacturer's offer at least a 90 day warranty on their products: Warranty for a specific item should have been included in the packaging of your item. Although this warranty claim will send certain verification requests to your email address that we will not have access to, we will be glad to help you locate the manufacturer's warranty claim form and help you fill out this request as best as possible if requested to minimize the effort on your part.

We believe the reasons listed below are just a few of the differences that set us apart from other Adult Toy stores and allows us to be Christian focused:

There are many different Christian schools of thought on this question. There are many Christian leaders, pastors and lay Christians that will all tell you sex toys are a sin period. There are many other Christian leaders, pastors and lay Christians that will tell you they are perfectly acceptable as long as we do not allow the toy(s) itself to become the focus of our intimate lives or replace the intimacy within a Christian marriage.

We believe that The Bible is the Holy Word of God and is the ultimate and only authority.

Although there are many that attempt to interpret certain verses as against sex toys in marriage, we have not found any verse in the Bible that names sex toys as a sin. And the subject of sex, sex within marriage and sexual immorality is discussed throughout the Bible. The Bible is clear that homosexuality and sex outside the bonds of marriage are a sin. Sex toys existed in Biblical times. We believe the Bible would have called those out along with other sexual sins if that was the case. Some people make the argument that oral sex or sex not in the missionary position is a sin. Again there is no scripture to back this up. In fact, if you read Song of Songs most scholars believe there is specific oral sex imagery that is expressed and welcomed.

What I believe we all can agree on that is clearly stated in scripture:
1. Marriage is a gift from God
2. Sex within marriage is Holy
3. Sex is designed by God not just for procreation but also for enjoyment
4. Engaging in sex within a marriage is one way to keep temptation and lust out of our marriage

One of the main reasons generations have considered sex toys a sin is that most churches have never addressed the topic of sex within their teachings or ministry and when they have it has always been in the negative - don't do this, don't do that. This fact along with the fact that we as Christians have allowed the porn and sex industry the ability to hijack the discussion and messaging on sex has left many generations with the belief that anything coming close to the subject of sex is a sin.

We can tell you that given all of the research we have completed, given all of our prayers about this store, and with our strong belief that God has called us on a mission for Him to open this store for Christian married couples, we believe that sex toys are definitely allowed in a Christian marriage as long as both husband and wife consent, have prayed about it and do not allow the toys or games to come between the intimacy of a married couple and God.

But we do not believe we can make this decision or call for others. All Christian married couples should talk about this subject together, pray about it together and then determine if toys are right for their marriage. For the couples that decide together through prayer and discussion that toys are acceptable in their marriage, we do not believe using sex toys by themselves within a Christian marriage is a sin.

Romantic Blessings does not support pornography or the porn industry. With this said, there are many products that we sell that are directly or indirectly connected in some way or fashion to the porn industry. Any store that tells you the sex toys they sell are not in some way connected directly or indirectly to the porn or sex industry is just not accurate.

We do not like the fact that almost all sex toys have some direct or indirect connection to the porn industry nor do we condone or promote anything within the porn industry. But the truth of the matter is that most all sex toy manufacturers have some type of connection within the porn industry or the secular sex world, no different than there are plenty of companies that Christians support everyday that have very non-Christian connections to them.

Nike is but just one example. Most Nike products are produced in China which is a country that murders and assassinates anyone associated or believing in Christianity. Amazon, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and Target all sell sex toys. Many companies, like Disney and Coca Cola, that we all do business with everyday push homosexuality, transgenderism, and abortion which we do not agree with or support. But we all continue to shop with all of these companies everyday. We do not use these examples as an excuse, as a "what about them", or as a justification for what we do - we just recognize that in this evil and sinful world we all as Christians would be hard pressed to not buy or purchase any product that has any connection with a sinful world.

Our mission is this - just as Jesus came to minister to the prostitute and the tax collector and the sinner, we believe we have been called by God to meet people where they are and to be a shining Christian light into this industry and to couples shopping for sex toys. And our goal is to offer Christian couples a safe place where they can shop for lingerie, toys, lubes, games and other products without having to be bombarded with lustful images and language while they shop.

We understand that most if not all vibrators and many toys were designed by the sex industry and the manufacturer to be used for masturbation or solo enjoyment. We do not condone this type of activity and believe that the toys we sell will be used in a Christian marriage setting between a loving husband and wife to enhance their intimacy thereby enhancing God's design for their marriage and growing in their relationship with God.

We carefully select all of the toys and products that we sell and put our name to. With this said, there are many products that we do not carry. We do not carry some of these products for these reasons:

1. We do not sell any "realistic" products that we believe can simulate inviting someone else into your marriage bed
2. We do not sell any product where we are not able to find a product image that does not contain models, nudity or lustful images
3. We consult with several Christian leaders on certain products and do not carry these if we all believe they would not benefit a Christian marriage
4. We do not carry certain games if we determine or learn that they contain instructions, cards or tasks that involve including people outside of your marriage (sometimes we only learn this as our customers inform us of the contents of all of the cards in a game they purchased)

Obviously Romantic Blessings has no litmus test and no way to ensure 100% that our customers are Christians or that they are married. We had a pastor once that asked us how we know our products are not being sold to and used by homosexuals or solo play. The honest truth is we do not know nor do we have any way to know.

But what we do know is that any customer that visits our store will in some way be exposed to Christianity and hopefully the Gospel Story. Jesus' Great Commission did not instruct us to only witness to the believing world. To the contrary, the Great Commission commands us as Christians to "go out to ALL the world" and share the love and message of Jesus.

During the ministry of Jesus when He was on this sinful world, He did not seek only believers to minister to, He sought the lost, the sinful and the dying. Jesus met people where they were with a message of love, hope and the promise of Eternal Life.

For sure Romantic Blessings is no where near being compared to Jesus, but we as Christians are called to follow His example. We hope that if any non-believer visits our store, we will have the opportunity to at least plant a seed. The Bible is clear that it is our responsibility as Christians to plant the seed and God will take it from there to grow the seed.
