If you don't like the item(s) you ordered, contact us within 30 days of your shipment arrival date at customerservice@romanticblessings.com and we'll work with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction. The solution may be to help you find something else you'll love instead, replace your item(s), facilitate a replacement or refund with the product manufacturer if the item(s) is defective, or if needed, provide a full refund.

Yes, that's right. If you do not like what you bought, we will let you pick something else out, receive a full refund after providing proof that you have destroyed your product, or replace your item if it is defective (see our Return Policy for defective items*). Due to federal law regarding hygiene, health and safety concerns, Romantic Blessings is not allowed to receive any opened product returns regardless of whether the item has been used or not.
* Romantic Blessings does not provide warranty for any product sold on our store. All warranties are provided by the original manufacturer of the product. Within 30 days of purchase, Romantic Blessings reserves the right to refund any defective item ourselves or work with you to contact the manufacturer for a replacement item or full refund. Proof of defect (image of the product with the defect clearly visible) is required for all products where a refund is requested for a product defect. After 30 days from purchase, all product defects are required to be handled directly with the original manufacturer of the product. Romantic Blessings will help coordinate contact with the manufacturer but will not be responsible for any refunds or replacements of the defective item.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds are processed as store credits to your account.
Store credit will show up on your account page when issued and can be applied to any future purchase. Store credit will be issued once we have received the unsatisfactory item(s) at our return shipping address.
Store credit will be issued to your account for the purchase amount of the unsatisfactory item(s) less any discounts applied to your order and less any shipping or tax charges.
