Sometimes you simply can’t tell whether something is right for you and your spouse until you’ve had a chance to try it at home, together. We understand that completely — and we trust you, as a couple, to be honest about how it went. That’s the heart of our guarantee.

Our 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with something you ordered, just contact us within 30 days of your shipment’s arrival at customerservice@romanticblessings.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on what fits best, that might mean:

  • Helping you find something else you’ll love instead;
  • Replacing the item;
  • Helping you get a manufacturer replacement or refund if the item is defective; or
  • Providing a refund (issued as store credit) where needed.

How it works

Because of federal hygiene, health, and safety law, we generally can’t accept opened product returns — used or not. So when you reach out, we’ll let you know exactly how to proceed for your situation. Depending on the item and circumstances, we may ask you to return it to us, or to safely dispose of it and send a quick proof — handled at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis. Once we’ve received your item or your proof of disposal, we’ll issue your store credit.

Defective items

Romantic Blessings doesn’t provide product warranties — those come from the original manufacturer. Within 30 days of purchase, we may refund a defective item ourselves or help you contact the manufacturer for a replacement or refund (a clear photo of the defect is required for any defect refund). After 30 days, defects are handled directly with the manufacturer; we’ll gladly help coordinate, though we can’t be responsible for the manufacturer’s refunds or replacements.

How your refund is processed

Refunds are issued as store credit to your account — for the purchase amount of the unsatisfactory item(s), less any discounts applied and less shipping and tax. Your credit appears on your account page once issued and can be applied to any future purchase. It’s issued once we’ve received your returned item (or your proof of disposal for opened items).
