Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

There are a few product lines we carry that are manufactured at the time of order placement (Liberator is one example). Manufacturing time can take up to 21 days on these items prior to order shipment.

We prefer not to ship to a PO Box although in certain circumstances we will. Shipping to a PO Box is at the customer's risk due to package sizes and other factors outside of our control.

Depending on the shipment carrier rate and method selected, products usually arrive within 3-6 business days within the continental United States. Shipment carrier published transit times are posted below - but these times are being greatly impacted by COVID-19 right now.

You will receive email confirmations once your order has been placed and throughout the shipment process until your product(s) are delivered. These emails will contain links allowing you to track your shipment. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to track your shipment.

To ensure the fastest completion of your order possible, Item(s) on your order may ship from several different warehouses. In this case, you will receive an email notification and tracking information for each package until your order is complete.

We believe sex and intimacy are part of God's design for marriage to be enjoyed, explored and indulged. Paul states in 1 Corinthians 7:5  Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

We believe this to be one example of many that clearly state sex and intimacy is God's design for marriage to keep each other from sin and temptation. 

As there are very few limitations the Bible clearly states about acceptable sex in marriage, we offer only products and services that we believe to hold to these Biblical truths. (Learn more about our beliefs here.)

Many sex products can be used for good or for sin. We believe there is nothing inherently sinful about most sex products, the sin is in the intent in the person's heart in how they are being used. Our mission is to encourage the use of sex toys in a way that will enhance the Christian marriage as designed by God, help couples enjoy this significant part of marriage more together and in doing so helping couples grow in their relationship with God.

In following our beliefs (explained here), our mission is to help Christian married couples have a Christian safe environment to shop for products and services to grow their marriage. 

1. Unlike almost every secular store out there today, there is NO NUDITY in our store. We believe lust is a sin and we do not want to encourage lust in any form.

2. Because there are very few restrictions the Bible clearly states about sex in marriage, we believe the products and services we offer fall within the Biblical truths for God's design of marriage. 3. As we believe most sex toys inherently by themselves are not sin, only the intent in which they are used, we only offer products that we believe to encourage exploration and growth of sexual intimacy in marriage.

4. Romantic Blessings is owned by a Christian married couple (learn more about us here.) and our intent in building and managing this store is to spread God's word to the world through strengthening the Christian marriage as an example of Christ's relationship with the church.

5. Our sole mission is to honor God and keep his commandments in all that we do. Learn more about our mission here.

Simply answered - YES. There is no litmus or religious test to shop at our store.

We started this store as a place to offer Christan couples a Christian safe environment to shop for these types of products and services.

But Following Jesus' example of loving everyone regardless of their relationship with Him, our main goal is that many who are not Christians will shop at our store and in some way learn more about having a relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Christian message is very simple - 

For God so loved the world, that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

It all starts with accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ provides a relationship with the Father and eternal life through His death on the cross and resurrection (Rom. 5:10).

Romantic Blessings does not offer any counseling services.

We encourage you to seek out one of the many great options for services through different Christian organizations you can find by Googling them or to reach out to a pastor in your neighborhood/town.

In truth, there are several Christian based sex toy stores. If you do not shop with Romantic Blessings, we strongly encourage you to shop for sex and intimacy products at one of these Christian sex toy stores so you may shop in a Christian safe environment without the temptations of lust, nudity, and products designed to make sex into something it should not be.

1. We work with our suppliers to ensure all shipment packaging contains no graphics or indication as to what is being delivered to your delivery address.

2. We use a third party payment processor that handles all of our payment transactions. We do not have access to nor do we store any of your credit card or payment data.

3. We do not share or sell any of your personal data with any other entity, PERIOD.

NO! We hate all of the same marketing content that  you do.

1. Unless you make the choice to sign up for our newsletter and mailing list, the only emails you will ever receive from us will be strictly related to your order, order processing and shipping, and one follow up satisfaction/ review request about your order.

2. If you did choose to sign up for our newsletters and mailing list, you may receive one or two emails a month providing information about our store happenings, sales and announcements. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

1. As for product returns, we are limited by law in many cases in the products that can be returned given the sanitary nature of our product offerings. And most manufacturers do not want a returned product anyway.

2. If we are notified of any issue(s) with your order within 30 days of your delivery receipt, we will work together as a team to determine the best way to resolve your issue. This sometimes can be a refund or a product replacement. (Read more about our 100% 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee here.)

3. After 30 days, you will need to handle any issue(s) directly with the manufacturer based on the terms of the manufacturer's warranty for each product. The information about the manufacturer warranty will be included in your package for each item.

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product(s) as quickly as possible.

Due to this, our orders are processed in the suppliers warehouse typically no later than 4 hours after you place your order.

If you need to make a change or cancellation, please notify us immediately (Contact Us).

We will do our best to process any requested changes, but once the order is in the process of shipping, we cannot make any changes until after the shipment arrives to your delivery address.
