I was disappointed in the product. Not much suction. Worked ok the first two time’s then not so much. I had tried the one with multiple size “cup” attachments with the suction gauge and that one broke after maybe 3 usages and it was quite expensive, (purchased from another site but it’s identical to the one you sell. I purchased the other one because I thought if would work better but it didn’t. I just feel these pumps in general are of poor quality. They’re a fun product if only they worked. Still glad for your site though.
I like the concept of this toy, but the rabbit ears don't vibrate strongly, so it's not very effective.
The candles were a huge disappointment because they don’t stay lit for more than a minute.
This was my first purchase with Romantic Blessings. I've used a big Pharma site in the past but, despite the higher prices, decided to support a smaller business with Christian values. Surprisingly, when I opened the box, it contained not just my order but also a colony of ants! I sent email to customerservice and received a standard auto-reply. But it was disappointing to not receive a personal response to my email. Hopefully you can ensure that the source of the ants has been identified and eradicated. Thanks. /Tom

I am sorry that my reponse to your email on this subject the other week somehow did not meet your expectations. As for the colony of ants, I am very sorry this occured. I notified our shipping warehouse of your report but they could not find any ants in their warehouse. The supply chain is long from us to you, the ants could have come from our warehouse for sure, they also could have come any where along the transit route from the carrier's warehouse, the carrier's truck or anywhere in between. We satisfactorly, discreetly, and professionally ship 100s of orders every month. We have been doing this successfully and without issues for almost 5 years from now and we have never had a reported issue like this before. But even though I have no way to ever understand where the ants came from, ultimately I understand Romantic Blessings is responsible for your complete satisfaction, so I apologize that you had this experience with us. I have issued you a store credit refund for your purchase along with an extra compensatory amount for you to give us a try again. Great quality sleeve. Me and my wife both enjoyed play with it. Only downside is the size of the ring for the testicles is kind of thick, more then normal rings. It was uncomfortable for me so I didn’t use it and just held it. Still was nice, and is a good soft, but not gooey feeling material. Highly recommend.
