Above and beyond

So my anniversary weekend order went in before Christmas, but with the holidays the company had a glitch and my order never went in the mail. When I messaged them a week later with only days until my anniversary, the team went above and beyond to help and over-nighted my order from 3 different warehouses. Two out of three packages from the various locations arrived in time and I am just so appreciative of their extra effort to help us celebrate and have fun!

I'm pretty avg height wise and this is too tall for me to use. Decent design but seems to be geared to taller people. Needs to have an adjustable option or different sizes. Was a waste of money for me unfortunately.
